Academic procession registration

Thank you for taking the time to register for our upcoming graduation ceremonies, to celebrate this important occasion with your graduating students, alongside our graduates' guests and your colleagues.

In this system, you will be able to register for graduation ceremonies as well as provide any gowning, dietary or accessible requirements information required. Should you need to de-register due to illness, please use this form to update your registration.

Ceremony information

  • Ceremonial timing:  The bookings in this system are two hours: 30 minute preparation for Academic Procession members and 90 minutes for ceremonies
  • Ceremonial procession:  The preparation session includes gowning, forming up of the Academic Procession and a briefing of ceremony proceedings, which is held in the Ante Room.
  • Catering: Light refreshments are provided.
  • Capacity: Stage seating is limited. If full, you can contact us at grads.office@sydney.edu so that we can consider an alternative.
